Before You Begin

Step-by-Step Guide
From opening the form to sending it
Complete each step in order. Keep the saved PDF until IIC confirms that your application was received.
Save a completed copy
Use Download or Save in your PDF viewer. Reopen the saved file and confirm that all information is still visible.
Attach your documents
Prepare the completed two-page application and clear copies of the supporting academic records requested for your evaluation.
Email everything to IIC
Open the prepared email, attach the saved application and supporting documents, then review the message before sending.
